Jenny Daniell has over 30 years experience in the areas of family law, and with working with non-profits and community organizations. Her areas of specialty include litigation in family law, employment and discrimination.
She has advanced training in mediation and is also trained in collaborative law. Attorney Daniell was honored by the ACLU with the David Burres Award, Avvo also awarded her the Client’s Choice Award in 2018.
She served as the Chair of the Hampshire-Franklin County Collaborative Law Council, and is a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, and the Massachusetts Council of Family Mediators.
In 2018 she received trauma informed practice training so that in her litigation, mediation and collaborative law work she could better serve children, families and individuals.
